音素覺察是什麼？
音素覺察（phonemic awareness），簡單說就是孩子能不能用耳朵聽出一個字是由哪些聲音組成的。例如聽得出 cat 和 hat 只差開頭那個音，或是 cat 可以拆成 c、a、t 三個聲音。
它是之後學自然發音（phonics）和閱讀的基礎，而且它靠的是耳朵，不是眼睛。所以在孩子還不認字的時候，就可以開始累積了。
