若需退換貨，請於七天內聯繫我們，退回商品請盡量保持原狀（含商品本體、配件、說明書等），運費由消費者自行負擔。
【木製玩具特別說明】
木製品為天然材質，每件商品的木紋、色澤深淺必定不盡相同，
此為木料本身自然特徵並非瑕疵，敬請放心選購。
若商品於運送途中損壞，請於收到後七天內聯繫我們處理。
以下情形恕無法受理：木頭自然現象、超過七天鑑賞期。

Return & Exchange Policy
In accordance with Article 19 of the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period (not a trial period) starting from the date of delivery.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days. Returned items should be kept in their original condition as much as possible (including the product itself, accessories, and instruction manuals). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
【Special Note on Wooden Toys】
Wooden products are made from natural materials, so variations in wood grain and color depth are normal and expected from item to item. These are natural characteristics of the wood, not defects — please shop with confidence.
If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue.
The following situations are not eligible for return/exchange: natural wood characteristics, and requests made after the 7-day cooling-off period.
